We have used Three Strands doula services in 2023 and 2025 and have nothing but great things to say! I had different doulas for each birth and had great experiences both times. For our first pregnancy we completed birth classes with our doula and found them to be extremely informative and helpful as we became new parents. Most recently, Jasmine was present for my unmedicated birth center birth and she was a great support for both myself and my husband as well as a calming presence. I had my first delivery in March and Jasmine was my doula. I didn’t know what to expect with it being my first time but Jasmine provided so much knowledge, wisdom, and comfort throughout the entire process. I planned on going all natural in the hospital but after being in labor for 56 hours I decided to get the epidural. Jasmine was there to support every decision I made and was so comforting.
