Overcharged for the issue, never fixed it properly, and charged me again when I came back to get it properly fixed
They came out to get me when all other tow companies said that it would take them too long because of rush hour.And replace my battery
Workmanship was fairly shoddy considering the price. Also they flat out refused to give me any kind of detailed info about the parts/labour I paid for, and I was straight up lied to by the employees whenever I followed up trying to get a properly detailed invoice. So now I just try not to think about the fact that I'm probably driving around a bunch of stolen car parts.
Went to get pictures taken for statefarm they were all standing around doing nothing and refused to take pictures, laziest bums I've ever met avoid at all costs
