Impossible to try to get through…
My husband spent months trying to get through to this practice - when the phone was answered, he had to run the gauntlet of the receptionists. Eventually, they deemed he could have a phonecall with a doctor regarding his chest pains - he is currently fighting for his life in ICU after suffering 2 major cardiac events - stay away - dangerous
Refusing to see a child under the age of 2 with spiking temperatures amongst other symptoms using the excuse they are booked up for the day.
Impossible to get through on tge telephone for appointment. Being trying for days. I phone exactly at 08.30 and get the engaged tone. I ring for information in tge afternoon and no one answers the phone.
