The team from Three South was fabulous. The mitigation of water damage from an upstairs bathroom was handled quickly and professionally from removing asbestos to repairing our den ceiling and totally creating a new bathroom. I especially appreciated the coordination and communication from project leaders allowing us to be home as needed. The finished bathroom is gorgeous. Thank you Chris and Josh you did a great job!
Ryan and team do a phenomenal job. They are quick to respond, communicate well, and show up when they say they are going to show up. Particularly important when it comes to a busted pipe leading to water coming through the ceiling. They take care of everything and return things to even better than they were previously. Would highly recommend them to anybody who unfortunately has to call for restoration help.
We had our bathroom flood our first floor and rain into our basement. I gave Three South a call around 9pm that night right after it happened. The phone called honestly seemed as though they dropped everything and was on their way to help. After discussing what all work was going to occur THAT NIGHT we ended up deciding to wait until the next morning. Their crew arrived on time the following morning and demo was surprisingly quick. They did good work restoring my carpet and subfloor and working with my tenants. They also were extremely patient with me while I was waiting for insurance to pay for my claim. Would use their services again.
Fantastic company that does it all! I had a sewage/water leak in my bathroom that went downstairs as well. They completely removed everything from my bathroom down to the studs and dried everything out then put it back together with new materials looking better than it had ever been before. The only snag for me was dealing with insurance. Charlie and his team were both understanding and tactful about insurance loopholes and drawbacks.
