Love this store! Of course it has the best Okoboji gear, but they also have great trendy everyday styles. I grew up going back to school shopping here. Now I live overseas and I am ordering online! Great service too.
I usually love shopping here for my family but today i had an awful expierence, they got new card machines and it was only accepting part of the amount and the guy kept trying and kept saying it was their fault and when i started getting frustrated he shushed me and said please accept my apology, he was very rude and didnt even try to compensate for their errors. Definitely not shopping here ever again
Had a slight typo error on a sweatshirt. I don't live nearby but staff were more than willing to work with me and get it replaced. Will visit them again soon.
