Kerry is very knowledgeable and gave me demonstrable, noticeable increase flexibility in my legs - I felt very limbered up and with his advice will hope to continue improving my mobility/flexibility.
Kerry is a lovely man who knows what he is doing in his job, Kerry talked me through what he was doing and made sure I was aware of the process. Kerry sorted my back out for me after my run injured it. I couldnt recommend Kerry highly enough. 10/10 for Kerry.
Easily the best thing I’ve done for myself and my running in the last 6 months. My body feels better and I feel more informed about what’s going on, what I need to do to stay well, and philosophical about my recovery journey. Cannot recommend Kerry highly enough.
