I was highly disappointed with my first visit to 360 Rooftop on September 26. We came to celebrate two friends’ birthdays, and the person greeting guests by the elevator was kind and wished them both a happy birthday. The view and the space were beautiful. Unfortunately, the food and service did not live up to that first impression. The food was mediocre for the price: $18 for two birria tacos, $21 for mac and cheese, and $21 for a margherita pizza that had very little flavor.
