I got married in September and purchased my dress from Moon and Pearl. While it was beautiful and fit well, I unfortunately can’t wholeheartedly recommend them due to my experience leading up to wedding day. There are definitely a lot of pros including reasonably priced gowns, ability to customise elements, being made to measure and included tailoring. My mum bought her wedding dress from here and the experience was not what we expected or what a bride deserves. The original dress is beautiful, however her first visit was met with barely any excitement. The seamstress told her she was able to make the changes she wanted and it came out completely different. It seems they have no experience in altering dresses and taking feedback.
