My mum bought her wedding dress from here and the experience was not what we expected or what a bride deserves. The original dress is beautiful, however her first visit was met with barely any excitement. The seamstress told her she was able to make the changes she wanted and it came out completely different. It seems they have no experience in altering dresses and taking feedback.
Cass was super helpful in store! Guiding me with lots of options! Made me feel so comfortable and the whole experience was just beautiful! I would highly recommend!!!
From my first appointment to taking my dress home I had the best experience with Moon and Pearl. The shop is beautiful and I cannot speak more highly of Lizzi who made me feel comfortable from the moment I stepped through the doors. She went out of her way to ensure that I was 100% happy with my dress and was so accommodating about making changes! My experience at Moon and Pearl was magical. Jess treated myself and my guests like royalty. She had nothing but patience, and she made the experience so much fun. All the dresses were stunning, and they were willing to custom any one of them to be my exact dream dress. I did buy my dream dress there, and I cannot wait to wear it!
Was such a nice experience! So many different options to choose from. Cass was so helpful and professional, but still so fun. Glad I got my dress from here 🤗🤍
