I cannot recommend Moon and Pearl Bridal highly enough, they were absolutely incredible from start to finish. I made quite a few changes to my dress to create a more custom look, and they were so accommodating, doing it all at no extra cost. Had a disappointing experience yesterday with Victoria, there was no positive vibes from the moment we walked in, a staff member had no shoes on, we weren't really given any assistance picking dresses and barely spoke a word to the bridal party. During the dress fitting, I wasnt given any assistance doing up the dress and was told to "use my imagination". The dresses were also quite dirty and the experience was not worth the $40 deposit. Absolutely amazing - The entire experience has been beyond expectations!
I had such an amazing experience at Moon and Pearl Bridal. The whole team was so lovely and incredibly easy to work with throughout the process. Their studio is beautiful and the dresses are absolutely stunning. I also loved that they offer in-house tailoring, which made everything so seamless. They were also very accommodating and thoughtful when it came to my mum, who uses a wheelchair, which we really appreciated. I’d highly recommend Moon and Pearl Bridal to any future brides!
I had the most amazing time at Moon and Pearl Bridal. After having some trouble with another dress shop, Moon and Pearl were so accommodating and wonderful. Nothing was too much. A particular thank you to both Lizzie and Jess who were absolute stars. I felt like a princess and they helped bring my dreams to life. Wish I could wear wedding dresses everyday so I could come back more often🩷
