Very disappointing experience — definitely not recommended. I booked a 90-minute facial treatment, but the actual treatment only lasted around 75 minutes. Throughout the session, the therapist left the room more than five times, leaving me lying there waiting with no explanation at all. I could clearly hear her chatting with other clients and staff outside during the treatment, which felt extremely unprofessional.
