I came for a lymphatic facial and was really looking forward to the drainage part, but it lasted less than 2 minutes, which was disappointing. Most of the time was spent on cleansing and extraction, and the nose extraction felt uncomfortable and hard to breathe. I’ve been to other places where it was done more professionally and gently. The under-eye brightening was good, and the staff were really lovely, but for the price, I don’t feel it was worth it

Really disappointed with the service.I went there for mole removal. First, they keep on changing booking time once it is booked , asking whether could come early or later still I managed and went there on time they asked me. Secondly, once I reach there for appointment they just made me stay there inside the room for around 30 mins and later said we cannot do today as your skin is dry and you had sunscreen on. I am honestly so frustrated. My experience was really bad, I did a hydrafacial a couple of weeks ago and my skin hasn’t recovered since then. I already had insecurities about my skin, but now it’s just gotten worse. It’s hard when people constantly ask me, “What happened to your face” Like what am I suppose to say to that ?
