We had a poor experience attempting to work with Three Seasons Landscaping. Following a lengthy planning phase to set the scope we had progressed to the contract. After our initial review we had requested a few revisions to solidify payment terms, and to include a few scope items that had been verbally discussed, but were missing from the written plan.
