I’d give zero if I could. This man was terrible to me over things that were out of my control. First I had to fly out of state for a funeral of my brother. 2nd I don’t drive and had no ride. 3rd a coal truck hit and killed a young girl today on 152 slightly past stone coal. If I could give zero stars, I would. If you are underinsured or self pay, you must read this. First, if you enjoy talking to bricks, go ahead and speak with Jennifer Jude. She will make you feel like you are at a probation appointment. She’s clearly “in charge” and you must answer to her. Zero personality, and has the same attitude as female cops and nurses; you all know exactly what I mean. Their initial appointment cost me almost $200.
