This place and these people are awful stay away from them they dont care about anything other than money! No care and no compassion absolutely shameful. I saw jennifer jude for well over a year and all she did was cocktail medication that made me a zombie. Once I stopped seeing her and found OVP I actually started getting help without being a zombie 24/7. This woman doesn't belong in the medical field and shouldn't have a license to practice.

ZERO STARS Avoid this place and these people! Have been here in the past, made a new appointment at the advice of my pcp. Arrived for the appointment and was told they had canceled the appointment and sent me a message on their app. (Attached photo of their message app) I inquired why and was told they need a new referral. So why not call me so I dont make the hour drive back here for the appointment. Dr Kambiz is a cruel unkind uncaring “medical professional” who clearly is miserable. After telling me he could no longer do telehealth appointments he told me i needed to find a doctor in my area. I did what he told me to do without success. So I called to schedule an appointment with this man again despite my better judgment. I’d give zero if I could. This man was terrible to me over things that were out of my control. First I had to fly out of state for a funeral of my brother. 2nd I don’t drive and had no ride. 3rd a coal truck hit and killed a young girl today on 152 slightly past stone coal. If I could give zero stars, I would. If you are underinsured or self pay, you must read this. First, if you enjoy talking to bricks, go ahead and speak with Jennifer Jude. She will make you feel like you are at a probation appointment. She’s clearly “in charge” and you must answer to her. Zero personality, and has the same attitude as female cops and nurses; you all know exactly what I mean. Their initial appointment cost me almost $200.
