The interactions I've had with Nurses and Doctors has always been great. They have always given me fabulous medical care and advice, so I wish I could give more than 2 stars. However, the service and conversations I've received from reception when trying to ring about issues with my prescription, have left me wondering if I want to continue using Three Rivers medical. They will let anyone know your medical records. Which put patients in danger. AI for receptionist 🤖
Worst customer service ive ever experienced. Charged me for three appointments, one I was clearly told I wouldnt be charged for, the other two a conversation at the front desk and a five minute chat on the phone. All times Ive queried this have been met with anger and frustration by staff. They have wasted massive amounts of my time and resources. clearly have something wrong with the culture and systems. Do not waste your time here
I went for an consultation and was told to start a week of antibiotics before the test results came back. I had missed call from them, and called back immediately after, and calling 4 working days in a row, only speaking with receptionist and no results given to me at all. After pushing for 6 days I reached a nice nurse who had to tell me that all my tests were negative and I had taken antibiotics and other medications for no reason whatsoever.
