Have only had one encounter with Three Rivers Insurance. Was told that I'd get a callback on an insurance quote, but never received that call. Needless to say, I was a bit disappointed, but moved on to get my insurance elsewhere.
Samantha has been amazing in helping us with all our insurance needs. Insurance is one of those things I usually dread dealing with, but every time I work with Samantha, she makes the process feel easy and convenient. Most recently, she saved us over $1,500 on our homeowners' insurance—without any reduction in coverage! I can’t recommend her enough. She's knowledgeable, responsive, and truly looks out for her clients.
Samantha Knapp has been amazing at explaining my policies and finding me the best rates. She is professional, courteous and gets back to me right away without hesitation. I highly recommend her! You won’t be disappointed!
I have been with Three Rivers for at least 11 years. They have always had a live person answer the phone. Today Katy answered and was able to answer my questions. If she hadn't been able to, she would have sent me to Jill Waldrupe. Jill Waldrupe has been helping us for several years. Jill was quick to respond to the accidents we have had. 2 which were not our fault and 1 total which was.
