Stayed here for 2 days with my family while we went fishing. We wanted a place that was near to Sabine lake and would allow us to park our boat trailer at night, the front desk staff at the hotel were very accommodating for us, in-fact there were a number of other boats in the parking lot. The rooms were clean and comfortable, we got a double... my kids loved the breakfast especially the waffles. As we will be back fishing again, we will be using the Three Rivers Inn & Suites as our base. Certainly a great find.
