No access code sent and could not get in room. When we did. It had not been cleaned, bed was not made, no towels in bath.
Clean, comfy, fresh. I have stayed at Three Rivers quite a lot while traveling for work in the area. The rooms are consistently well taken cared for. The staff has helped me with short notice reservations and finding lost items I have left. Thanks Three Rivers! I recommend.
overall pretty good but if you are sensitive to noise, consider brining ear plugs or headphones. the noise from the road can be loud and we could unfortunately hear just about everything our neighbor, who seemed like possibly a long term resident, was doing from a snore to a normal phone conversation. otherwise the Berlin room was very clean, well-stocked, and had a nice smell to it. no signs of bed bugs, AC works well, no water issues, and we could watch the sun go down from a bench outside the room. take note this location... read more
Omg there’s not enough starts!! I decided to start my 2026 Pain into Power tour, life after 40 in Beatyville, Ky. I’ve never been here, don’t know anyone and never heard of it. I was guided here and I have found a million reasons why. The room is warm and welcoming, I’ve stayed in higher priced hotels that didn’t provide the same energy. The view is amazing. Drove quite a ways to check out the coffee shop. Was honestly pretty disappointed. Not much to choose from outside of bottled/canned drinks and coffee from a machine. Didn’t expect a Biggby but definitely would’ve been cool to grab something other than water. The lady was very nice. I didn’t exactly feel comfortable eating/drinking from there once we noticed the baby chair on the table. Work and family balance is extremely important, but cleanliness in a dining setting is as well. Appreciate the kindness but won’t be back
