They havr the best end of life care team, Kerry was amazing!
The only complaint I have is the person that answers the phone during normal business hours is not compassionate, there was confusion on when they were too come and she instantly blamed it on my mom, not taking into consideration that mom may have gotten confused because she's in the midst of losing her life long partner, best friend, and husband. the girls at the licking office were absolutely incredible in helping us and supporting us though the death of our grandfather. definitely wouldn’t have survived the hard days or nights without them.
