I would highly recommend them! They gave me a reasonable quote and were able to get a new furnace and AC in the following week—even helped with financing. Hayden and Aden (might be Adrian) spent two days putting it in. I was working nights/sleeping days. They were quiet, polite, and hard working (not easy to get that AC where it needed to go). Jesse and his guys are incredible! Brad came out to clean my existing mini split, as well as give an estimate for installing a second one upstairs. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional- and the cleaning was only $149! It cost me more than double that when I used a different company. After paying many hundreds of dollars to another company to fix some issues with my furnace and they didn’t, I called Three Rivers. They came the next morning and kept coming back until the issues, due partly to an inadequate installation a year and a half ago, were fixed. Everyone who worked on the furnace—Jesse, Cota, Hayden and Matt—were great: excellent communication skills, pleasant and kind, determined to get the furnace running again. There are a ton of HVAC companies on here, and I read reviews for many of them, and one thing was obvious: many of the reviews are faked. The reviews for Three Rivers seemed genuine to me, and I liked that they are one of the only companies who do not rope you into a contract. I appreciated the honesty with the HVAC tune up and A/C assessment; they said I can just keep the A/C clean and wait until it passes a peaceful death rather than getting it serviced as it's at the end of a very long life. I had an amazing experience with Adrian at (Three Rivers heating and cooling), I had no heat to half of my house for months and he came out on a short notice and was willing to climb strait into my crawl space and help without hesitation. He made it seem like such an easy repair when I had multiple companies come out and they couldn’t figure out what was wrong, I am super thankful they where willing to come out and help me with this.
