I was there for several weeks very dirty place. The blinds were broken in several places in my room. The air conditioner had not been cleaned in a while, the the people that were supposed to be taking care of me or not and I ended up having severe burns on my backside and ended up back at Mercy West Hospital when I had an appointment with my doctor at Mercy West to rehab center gave me a broken wheelchair that I was transported in as a result when we got to Mercy West for my appointment the wheelchair would not even operate ... read more
