This facility deserves 10 stars. It’s only been a few days since my daddy has been here. But that is all it took for me to know, I made the best decision bringing him there. I removed my dad from HARRISON PAVILION. They refused to call me whenever my dad got rush to the emergency then refused to tell me where he was!? So I was a resident of the hell hole for nearly 5 yrs, it was honestly the worst experience of my life. I will say the first couple years was not that horrible, butt the last 2 1/2 was the worst. When u live in a(home) like this u and the other residents become one giant family, now let me tell you I've watched people I care about die one after one. One piece of crap place I am a former paramedic now hope to leave soon. I had pt on shoulder and lower back. They didn't even know my shoulder was separated and had 4 screws 2 plates in my lower back I have been here 8 Mos been trying to see ortho 4 6 Mos.
They are responsible for my mother's fall and her death if you want your family members to die send them there. They do not have enough staff to even take care of their patients and could care less
