Staff is friendly, Doctor is insiteful and knowledgeable..
Providers are great, but front desk staff and reception have complete disregard for patient care. They do not have a phone nurse, or triage nurse to help with continuing care between visits. They are forgetful and do not follow through with things they say like medication refills or send in the incorrect medication. Leading to having to utilize more emergent services for care that would otherwise be unnecessary. I do not recommend for any type of adolescent care.
