This is one of the worst clinics I have ever been to. I have been rescheduled 5 times now for a primary care appt. It has been over a year since I have seen the primary care doctor. I have major health issues to include cancer. This is highly unacceptable! On top of that they have no patient portal, or any way of easily sharing medical records for efficient care.
Welcoming efficient intake. Kind incredible doctors. Conscientious cheerful pharmacy services.

The facility really needs a MY CHART portal. I have called concerning my prescriptions, and I finally had to go to the facility, to show the person the problem I was having. I mentioned about the portal, and all I get is "our IT guys are working on it" Its been 6 months! Vanessa is good. The pharmacy is good. The front desk is good. BUT NO FREAKING PORTAL to send a message or a request about stuff. I'm sorry, but in today's age, especially with health care, a portal is an absolute must.
