I arrived at Three Rivers Health emergency room with dread, knowing that I was in the middle of nowhere! Being a visitor to the area from a big city East of Wyoming, I wasn't sure what to expect. My daughter and I were visiting a dude ranch nearby, and at the end of my first ride on the first day I had a bad dismount and fractured my femer.
