Dave and his crew did an outstanding job. Dave communicated frequently and listed to our input. The crew was wonderful and cleaned up when done (not all our contractors have done that). Detail. Our deck is over 50' tall and was unsafe. Stairs were wobbly, pickets were loose, railings shook. (see last photo below) Three Rivers Decks' engineers evaluated the work and recommended the best course of action at the most reasonable cost. The whole experience with Three Rivers Custom Decks was fantastic from start to finish. Matt came out and discussed our project and took precise measurements. He prepared the plans and estimate. The drawings were straightforward and clear. He answered all of our questions and was very helpful providing additional information. Three Rivers did an excellent job replacing the wrap around porch on my 1890s farmhouse. They were efficient, communicative and quality of work is outstanding.
If you are considering a new deck in the new year, get on the waitlist for Three Rivers asap! The quality of their work is amazing. The crew who replaced our old deck did an incredible job. Their attention to detail is outstanding. They kept on schedule even with some rot found on the house (which they were able to repair quickly at a very affordable cost).
