The whole experience with Three Rivers Custom Decks was fantastic from start to finish. Matt came out and discussed our project and took precise measurements. He prepared the plans and estimate. The drawings were straightforward and clear. He answered all of our questions and was very helpful providing additional information. Three Rivers did an excellent job replacing the wrap around porch on my 1890s farmhouse. They were efficient, communicative and quality of work is outstanding.
If you are considering a new deck in the new year, get on the waitlist for Three Rivers asap! The quality of their work is amazing. The crew who replaced our old deck did an incredible job. Their attention to detail is outstanding. They kept on schedule even with some rot found on the house (which they were able to repair quickly at a very affordable cost). Replaced a cedar deck destroyed by a tree in the January storm. Couldn't be more pleased with the result. Bid was very competitive. Building team was friendly, courteous and professional. New deck appears over designed, well built. There were times, because I didn't know anything about building, the plans didn't exactly match what I wanted. The foreman was willing to stop work and patiently explain options, sometimes several times, until I understood terminology and choices. Absolutely superior service. The entire team knows what they are doing, are efficient, have a commitment to customer service and their skills are unmatched. My GC tried to get me to use their friends but after talking to the team at Three Rivers, I knew they were the one. My GC gave them the worst time, but they were always professional and let me tell you, this Trex deck is perfection.
