Therapy is one of the best things I’ve done for myself. Three Rivers is a very comfortable environment. Telehealth is also an option. Three Rivers Counseling was referred to my girlfriend from Yuba-Sutter Behavioral Health because they were one of the only facilities that take Medi-Cal to see a therapist. My girlfriend has schizophrenia and other mental health issues. She went in and asked for services. The lady at the front desk gave her an appointment for an assessment. We were told she would be contacted in 2 weeks. We waited 2 weeks, then 3 weeks and never heard anything back. I recently moved to Yuba city. I have been suffering from anxiety and panic attacks since 2009. I have been on Citalopram since then. Unfortunately, Citalopram stopped working. I needed a new psychiatrist here anyways. I contacted the Yuba city location and Rose Bawja was assigned to me. She didn't even take the time know my background. Didn't ask questions. She simply changed my medication to effexor. She told me to wean off Citalopram in 2 weeks. I wonder if she heard me when I said I have been in Citalopram since 2009? An... read more
