I live in Chico but have been zoom calling with Victoria Kintz out of the Yuba City office almost two years now. She has helped me with so much over time, especially with relationship concerns, mental health and how to properly treat myself and my family. If I could give her 6 stars, I would. She is completely flexible with my schedule, my insurance and 150% reassuring!
Got on the waitlist list December 2025. Was told we would be able to get in the first week of January. Well it’s now almost March and we have reached out multiple times with no luck of them getting us in. In a lot of cases people reaching out for professional help, are at a breaking point. This place has been very unprofessional. Will be going somewhere else. Very disappointed
Tried getting a therapist here. They did a phone interview the lady seemed kind concerned but was later sent an email they couldn’t do anything for me at this time because of the level of my trauma. Mental health help can be a sad thing.
Everyone is very kind and helpful. Manny is the best
I had an excellent experience here, my therapist was easy to speak with and the office was nice as well.
