I see Alison P who has changed my life. Starting therapy I felt prepared to not click with the first person I sat with but I fell incredibly lucky to have been scheduled with Alison. I have been with her for over a year now and I have never felt such sense of self and validation. I say that I could have paid triple the price for a certain session where she helped me through 3 big breakthroughs! Therapy is for everyone and Three Rivers is too!
Three Rivers Counseling has been a great resource for my son. He has been seeing Victoria and we can notice a different within a couple months. He enjoys going to his appointment to meet with her every week. I would highly recommend to anyone who needs counseling.

Victoria is amazing with my anxious 8 year old—a few months in and I’ve already noticed some major changes in her behavior. Ashley has been one of the best therapists I’ve ever been to. She is so warm and down to earth, and she is very good at reading what I need in any given session and letting me go at my own pace. All in all, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a successful therapy experience.
We started bringing our 8 year old daughter to see Ariana a little over a year ago. She was struggling with expressing emotions, especially anger and sadness. We saw an improvement within a few sessions and after a little over a year, the difference is night and day. She can now openly talk about her feelings instead of either yelling and screaming or shutting down.
