I am sooooo happy I joined Dr.Kate and her amazing team. It’s a game changer to have someone actually get back to you in a timely fashion and with such great knowledge. I don’t feel I’m hanging on a cliff trying to figure out my perimenopausal life. Can’t say enough good things. Worth every penny!!!
She may be a fine doctor, but her front office sure dropped the ball during my initial meet and greet appointment. I took the time out of my busy schedule to come at the time I was told to arrive for a meet and greet and no one was there. Later, I was told that I must’ve changed it myself or did not properly acknowledge a reminder which I never received. Can’t say anything about the practice, but I would not go to a place that can’t even figure out how to do an initial meet and greet.
I cannot recommend Three Rivers Concierge Medicine highly enough, especially Dr. Kathryn Shoemaker. She is, without question, one of the most intelligent, thorough, and compassionate physicians I have ever had. What truly sets Dr. Shoemaker apart is that she takes the time to listen, carefully reviews your complete medical history, and looks beyond the obvious.
