Dr. Shoemaker and the Three Rivers care team are excellent medical providers. Dr. Shoemaker positively impacted our family’s health in several ways and she was always patient, kind and willing to fill in the knowledge gaps left by other specialists. I am sooooo happy I joined Dr.Kate and her amazing team. It’s a game changer to have someone actually get back to you in a timely fashion and with such great knowledge. I don’t feel I’m hanging on a cliff trying to figure out my perimenopausal life. Can’t say enough good things. Worth every penny!!!
She may be a fine doctor, but her front office sure dropped the ball during my initial meet and greet appointment. I took the time out of my busy schedule to come at the time I was told to arrive for a meet and greet and no one was there. Later, I was told that I must’ve changed it myself or did not properly acknowledge a reminder which I never received. Can’t say anything about the practice, but I would not go to a place that can’t even figure out how to do an initial meet and greet.
I cannot recommend Three Rivers Concierge Medicine highly enough, especially Dr. Kathryn Shoemaker. She is, without question, one of the most intelligent, thorough, and compassionate physicians I have ever had. What truly sets Dr. Shoemaker apart is that she takes the time to listen, carefully reviews your complete medical history, and looks beyond the obvious.
