While I can't evaluate their product, I can evaluate the service provided by the owner. Kudos to him for answering the phone in the evening and early morning, and I received a quotation for glass replacement promptly and for quite a bit less than Safelite. However, I subsequently received quotations for the exact same glass (and new moldings) from three other reputable (and NGA-certified) shops which were significantly less than the quotation from Three Rivers Auto Glass. Great! A rather vague word that doesn't do 3 Rivers Auto Glass in Cranberry justice. From the moment I 1st called they were more than helpful and courteous. Super fast service. The technician was a delight, professional, fast and efficient. They came to my house within 2 hours of my phone call. Amazing, professional, and yes I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area. PLUS they have the best price for sure! Don't even bother looking elsewhere.
This company is GREAT. I had a huge crack in my windshield. They can to my office to replace and really worked with me for a time that worked best for me.3 months later a rock hit it again. I called got a first appointment and they were on time! Fixed it and I was on my way.This was so easy.Service tech friendly. Great customer service. I would recommend to everyone who needs this service and has limited time.
