Adam really understands how to solve bike problems. Shop is next to C&O Canal trail, so he gets lots of long distance bike tourists who have potentially trip-ending mechanical issues. He will do everything possible to get you back on the road. My case - broken derailleur.
Bought a new bike they lost the top cap for the front derailleur, didnt grease the bottom bracket cup, and used break housing for the shift cables. I really dont expect much but after several visits trying to get issues fixed. I went to another shop. The other shop also informed be the bottom bracket cup was left hand tight...
I visited Three Points because I had an old kryptonite lock that was on my bike, and I didn't have the key. They provided me with the tools necessary to fix my bike. If you're local-to-Brunswick or Jefferson, I highly recommend them. If you're planning on riding along the C&O Canal and you need emergency bike assistance, they're a quarter mile from the train depot on Potomac Street upstream from Maple!
Couldn't have asked for a better experience. This is a busy shop but they had time to chat with me about my curiosities with patience. I ended up riding out the door feeling confident with my purchase. Very cool. Thanks!
