Every time I go here the service is fast and friendly. Joe runs a great shop that is reputable. Chat GTP isn't going to fix your car but Joe and the guys at Three Points will.
The Best automotive shop in the Triad: Fast, friendly+honest~ but most importantly they do NOT charge you up the wazooo. I noticed many locals go here and they also do vehicular work for city/county ppl. They are legit!!! and i rather much support small local shops rather than big brand franchises.
Timely/quality repair, reasonable rates, and convenient location I feel I must bring attention to a less than perfect experience. I've thought about this for over a year. Had a fluid leak, charged for diagnostic, replaced power steering pump. two weeks later still leaking, replaced gear box, two weeks later same problem, replaced hoses to finally fix leak. I won't be going back.
Went for a catalytic converter that fell apart 2 months later. We went back and got it replaced no charge. I mentioned to them I also feel a “jolt” or a “sputtering” when I increase speed. The guy tells me he “might” have felt it while he test drove, but the diagnostic computer did not come up as anything, so I would “have to wait until it gets worse”. I have been so nervous driving.
