Three Point has been amazing! I’m learning so much, including things I thought I knew and actually don’t. Alicia is wonderful, she’s understanding while encouraging good changes. I’m thankful for their program!
My first contact was with Sarah 5 months before I was really ready to try the nutrition counseling part of Three Point Healthcare. We texted back and forth and I had my first in person session with Alicia. I've since had several weekly tele-health sessions with her and I couldn't be happier that someone checks on me weekly and we discuss what I've been eating and how to improve. I share my "app" with her and she knows every thing I've eaten that week. She's exactly what I need in my life to keep me accountable!
So glad that I have the chance to work with Alicia. She has really helped me on my journey to a better version of myself. She has never made me feel judged and is always encouraging.
