I was driving past this place in my 1998 W210 and it reminded me I had a rear brake light out (that another Mercedes-Benz garage in Morningside failed to fix). I pulled in and asked if they would help fix it. Jim at reception and Harry the mechanic jumped straight to it - I was really surprised. Going above and beyond for something so small for a complete stranger is a rarity these days. Will definitely be back for servicing/repairs. Thanks guys!
Update: Took our car back for some more decent sized work and once again, Shaun, Sam and their team did a great job! They're always great to deal with! Honestly can’t recommend these guys enough. Shaun and his team carried out a decent size job on my car that a lot of mechanics turned down. They’re super thorough and honest. Glad to have found a mechanic that’s trustworthy!
Great first experience with these guys. Will bring my Mercedes back to these guys for the long run. I have a lot of confidence in their ability.
