Had a great experience getting my car serviced at Three Point Classic. Shaun and the team were excellent, the whole process was really easy and straightforward. Shaun took the time to answer all my questions and was super prompt and professional during my time with them. Highly recommend!
Took my Mercedes in for a few noises that were off and was misdiagnosed as needing a new air compressor. Quoted over $4000 for parts labour . Sourced the part for $995 and drive belt for $80 so they hourly rate must be astronomical or they're plainly ripping people off. SO without knowing the real problem I had it fixed for a fraction of the price to find it was misdiagnosed and the problem remained the same. Don't recommend as I was reassured that was 100% the problem. 👎
I've been bringing my car here for a while now, and I couldn't be happier. They're honest, reliable, and always take the time to explain any work needed. Prices are fair and the service is top-notch. Highly recommend Shaun and the guys at Three Point Classic!
I wouldn't recommend this mechanic for Audi owners. I've taken my Audi TT here a few times, and every single time I've gotten it back, it's come out worse than when I brought it in. Initially, my car was in good mechanical condition—I just needed new brakes and rotors because they were feeling off and making noise. I also requested a brake fluid change and even suggested they check the brake lines, which looked worn. After the service, the brakes actually felt worse than before.
