First time at this urgent care and the staff (Ruby-FD and Nurse Assistant and MD Ms. Diane) are very professional, yet caring and patient people. They understood I was not feeling well, along with my child. They were so comforting and the service was great and fast. They are very communicative and keep their word to call with results within a timely manner. I wish ERs could be this efficient. I'm in town for work and came down with a sinus infection. Check-in process took 10 minutes, and I was whisked to a room immediately by Ruby. My PA, Diana, was fantastic and friendly. The entire process was 20 minutes, and I was out the door to get my meds. Thank you!
