I came into Three Peaks Urgent Care after multiple tick bites and visible bullseye rashes — a textbook warning sign for potential Lyme disease. Despite showing clear symptoms, the nurse practitioner made repeated excuses and even suggested waiting until I developed severe symptoms before prescribing anything. This approach is medically reckless considering the irreversible complications Lyme disease can cause if not treated early. Literally just sat here for over 10mins without even being seen by the receptionist as no one was there!!!! Then 5 mins later, someone came from the back and said, “we’ll be with you in a moment.” Then no one EVER came out to help us!!! Where is this 4.9 star help everyone raves about in these reviews?!?? That is not the service we got just now!!! Left and went elsewhere where there would hopefully be at least someone in front to even acknowledge you being there!
The best urgent care I’ve ever experienced. Been using them since they’ve opened here in Aurora. From the front desk to the PA, this team is amazing.
