Spent nearly 3000 dollars fixing lower control arms on my suv just to have to refix 8 months later with not even 5000 miles on. The other shop told me this should not be this bad being replaced just in April! and to call three o's been calling since 12/26/24 left messages no call back or answer! NOT OKAY! Especially when people can’t afford this stuff these days! So now I’m stuck driving a dangerous car until I can afford to fix it again PROPERLY!!
Unfortunately I have a couple of complaints regarding this repair shop. I went out of my way to take my car here since I am new to Duluth and I was recommended it by a coworker. They were very difficult to get a hold of on multiple occasions but I was able to get my car in eventually. On my second visit I discussed some sounds i was hearing in the suspension and asked them to take a look and recommend what was absolutely necessary to keep the old car going through the winter.
