I can’t say enough great things about Three One Three! The actual working environment is designed in a way that makes it both comfortable and easy to be productive. The space allows you to settle in and really focus on your work. But one of my favorite perks is the coffee—there’s free coffee available, plus Surefire is right next door so it's super easy to grab when you need a pick me up. I went for open house type community event they did and I really enjoyed it! Felt like it was a great place to get some work done in a great part of town. I feel like I work so much better when there is natural light instead of a cramped office style building so I appreciated that a lot
went to a community event here and have to say the communal spaces are an incredible place to work! The natural light, the phone booths, and the location of this space are all amazing!! Can't recommend enough.

Visited a community event here and loved working from the communal spaces! Lots of natural light, great phone booths, and awesome part of town.
