Mike is incredibly experienced and knowledgeable, and he did an amazing job building our basement. Beyond just the construction, he acted as a true advisor throughout the project—going above and beyond what he was initially supposed to do. He helped us in so many ways, and his guidance made a real difference. The quality of his work is top-notch, and his pricing is very fair. Great guy, and I highly recommend working with him if you're looking for someone reliable, skilled, and genuinely caring about the outcome.

Mike worked on our bathroom renovation and it was done SO WELL! The job was harder in my opinion because the previous contractor had totally ruined our bathroom and Mike had to fix wrongly done work. He is so pleasant to work with (was very accommodating with my many requests) and so very efficient! I would HIGHLY recommend him and his team! Never will I go to another person for anything in my home again.

We had Mike renovate our ensuite bathroom over the summer. He gave some excellent suggestions, which prove to work. Mike is very knowledgeable and works in a professional manner. I would hire him again.

I hired Three Oaks to renovate my Office and Retail space. They installed flooring,, a new wall with a door that locks and lighting. It all looks amazing. Great service too! Patricia
