I love my apartment from Three Oaks Properties! They are always responsive whenever I have an issue that needs addressed, clear with all communications, and have very fair and competitive rent pricing.
We had a wonderful 3-year experience living in an apartment at 701 Emmet Street, managed by ThreeOak Properties. Max, the management personnel, was exceptionally helpful, understanding, and responsive. Maintenance was prompt and efficient, addressing multiple issues quickly. The team was trustworthy, kind, and accommodating, even upgrading our AC unit and raising our electricity cap to minimize extra charges. I have lived at two locations of three oaks properties now. I have been in awe of how phenomenal this management is. They’re the best people I’ve ever rented from and also the most responsive maintenance ever! They’re very communicative, honest and genuine people and handle every concern swiftly and in a way that makes you feel very secure renting from them.
