Paid $3000 down payment for a trailer with a bad roof leak dog shit smeared in the carpet holes in the walls and a door nailed to the wall because someone broke the window. Lived there for ~3 years replaced the flooring fixed the porch replaced the gypsum board on the walls replaced the window only for them to tell me I left it in horrible condition. Left because they jacked up the rent prices to about double what I was originally paying.
I’m a current resident and have been for the last little over a year. Everything seems fine here, But some of it is some of it isn’t. We own our trailer, but continued to get harassed by the manager of the trailer park all the time. He came to one of my older kids to that tell them information that was for an adult.
