This is the best facility I’ve ever been to. They bend over backwards to work with you. Dr Luck is so sweet, amazing Dr she is a wonderful listener, she tries to work with you on ways to get the medications you need. The front desk Staff are amazing also. They too are understanding and work to resolve issues . Thank you all You are amazing from the Front Desk help to the nurses to the nurse practitioners to Dr Luck herself. Thank you for all you do, you make my health care progress so much easier.
Just wanted to give a Big Shout out to Maria. I believe she is Amanda's assistant. After trying to obtain authorization for my meds now 2wks. I left a msg on Maria's voicemail and she got it done in less then 3hrs. Awesome job !
I have went here for awhile. I had a stroke in Nov came to here for my follow ups with my primary. Since then I can’t get them to refill meds till I am out got days these are meds I need. They apparently lost track of when I came there in Feb. like how do you I don’t know. The front staff isn’t any help at all. I will be finding a new dr and I guess I will be out of meds till then thanks to Three oaks family medicine.
Love all the care providers in the office..everyone is so sweet and feels like home..
Bad customer service. Needs to call them several times to follow through with paperwork. Find another provider.
