Jen Ozzello is awesome!! Excellent listener, very patient and very knowledgeable. She takes time to thoroughly understand my symptoms and proceeds cautiously. She has helped me immensely. I am in a much better place now than I was when we first met. Thank You Jen.

I would not recommend working with Jennifer Ozello. I was a new patient. The first appointment got canceled because she was ill. Rescheduled, she cancelled the 2nd appointment 1 hour before I was to arrive for the appointment because she thought another practitioner could better manage my care. This seems to be very irresponsible behavior for a professional/psychiatrist that is to be helping folks that are struggling with mental health. 10/15/25 Update The clinical director from the office reached out to discuss my concerns.... read more
