RecommendedMy husband and I stayed here for almost 2 years. We were pleased by how safe we felt and that overall it was a nice, quiet place to live where people were respectful. We did think it was a bit pricey for the outdated fixtures that were in our apartment (ie kitchen cabinets), however it was reasonable in comparison to other local apartments. The newest management communicates really well and seems to be fixing up a lot in the small community.

It's a nice quiet place to live great area in Troy awesome staff plus they're very friendly
It looks lovely, but its probably a lot like living in any other apartment, the funny thing is their all the same. you get the same story with your neighbors, same distractions, and have to pay to wash laundry.
