The only reason for the 2 stars are due to the extremely kind and professional staff. If using this office just hope you don’t fall under unfortunate circumstances that cause you to get behind on payments. Dr Ward will not check the progress or anything to see how your child’s teeth are doing.
Kim Ward and her friendly staff have given 3 of my children and even my husband a beautiful smile! They are smart, patient, and available. Our family highly recommends this office for any age and any level of correction.
Dr. Ward is wonderful and very effective as am orthodontist. She and her staff were always gentle and so friendly with my children. I would recommend her as an orthodontist without hesitation. My children always were happy with how gentle Dr. Ward and her staff were with them
