Horrible, horrible customer service. An over haul of the management is needed. Bought a house in their service area. Seller was looking to transfer service to us. Called the cs number. The same number they called to remove themselves from the billing, but was told we couldn't establish or transfer service over the phone. instead we had to go online to apply!!1 even worse, the sellers who have been customers for over 30yrs had to apply for service in their new home a block away.!! Time for a review by the state!!!
