March 28 - first time emailing to inquire about using their services and heard back the following day with pricing. March 29 - replied with a few questions to clarify such as contract and system for stock/supplies/onboarding etc April 3 - emailed to follow up as I hadn’t heard back April 4 - emailed to say I wouldn’t be proceeding with them due to the concern from lack of response/communication Never heard from them except for that first email reply. Pretty confused about that.

Terrible experience with this company. They took a deposit for a rental to hold it until I returned from vacation and said I could look at the property. When I got back and looked at it, I decided I didn't want to rent the property. The kept/stole my deposit! It was only $150, but it shows how unethical this company is. Be careful or avoid it all together.
