I was very sad to leave Three Lakes. I’ve lived there since 2010 in 3 different apartments. The staff and maintenance has been top notched. In fact they were like family to me. Julie is awesome as the property manager, Patty, Arvid, Dewayne, Jessie are all top notched in their service to me over the years. I loved the location and my view. Started off good but then we caught 25+ mice in the time span of 1-2 months. The exterminator was very sweet and gave us things to trap them, but he knew the reason was the last downstairs (who doesn’t occupy the room) leaving cat food out for her two kitties. He told us he has tried to evict the people but the complex wouldn’t listen. Another neighbor said this had been going on for a whole year. This place does not care for safety or maintenance, when I lived there they had 3 cars fully stolen and multiple cars broken into and all they cared to say was lock your car doors even though windows were fully broken into, they didn’t care to repair the lights in the car ports to make it more safe, please search for a better place to live
Overpriced noise trap. Do not move here if you value sleep and your sanity. The standards are 6ft below the ground. This place deserves less than 0 stars. I am writing this to warn anyone considering Three Lakes: look elsewhere. My experience here has been a nightmare of maintenance failures, predatory lease terms, and a vile leasing team who repeatedly ignored my requests for habitual repairs for over 40 days and just out for money.
