My husband and I have lived here for years and in the start of our living here it was great but now the management is terrible they don’t care and they are mean, pricing has gone up, and just all around I don’t recommend it to anyone. Don’t come to ThreeLakes, I believe they are trying to kick out the residents that have lived here the longer with bullshit to make room for younger residents that can afford the rent. I’ve had neighbors leave left and right before the lease was up, what’s that say?

I was skeptical at first due to the negative reviews but given their age and finding out that the office went through a staff change about a year ago I was willing to give it a shot. We moved here from out of state so we hadn’t even toured the apartment before signing a lease and moving in , upon move in we where pleasantly surprised that besides a few small issues we reported to maintenance and the kitchen being a bit outdated it’s a great apartment .Our building is quite and the office staff is wonderful and quick to assis... read more

I’ve got to say, my experience at Three Lakes has been nothing short of a nightmare. This summer was brutal, and the management here made it even worse. Our AC went out multiple times, leaving our apartment consistently hovering between 78-82 degrees. That’s unacceptable! The temporary AC unit they installed in the bedroom meant my pregnant fiancée was confined to a tiny space while the rest of our home felt like a sauna.
