Probably wouldn’t live here again but we have to see our lease out. Started off good but then we caught 25+ mice in the time span of 1-2 months. The exterminator was very sweet and gave us things to trap them, but he knew the reason was the last downstairs (who doesn’t occupy the room) leaving cat food out for her two kitties. He told us he has tried to evict the people but the complex wouldn’t listen. Another neighbor said this had been going on for a whole year. I have lived here since February this year. It has been a nightmare living here the apartment is has a lots of mold all over, the only repair outside but inside is full of mold, paying rent here is a disaster several time the system don't pick up at the end of the mouth and they make you paying late fees and nobody is listen to you when you trying to tell them. management here is a joke.
My husband and I have lived here for years and in the start of our living here it was great but now the management is terrible they don’t care and they are mean, pricing has gone up, and just all around I don’t recommend it to anyone. Don’t come to ThreeLakes, I believe they are trying to kick out the residents that have lived here the longer with bullshit to make room for younger residents that can afford the rent. I’ve had neighbors leave left and right before the lease was up, what’s that say?
