Doesn’t even deserve a 1 star, but I can’t leave a review without at least 1 star. They never show up on the days they are scheduled, they claim to prove they mowed your yard via gps, but little did they know I was home and they mowed the neighbors yard instead and then when you go to cancel your “contract” because they refuse to hold up their end of the contract by providing services in said contract they threaten to make you pay out the remainder of the contract. The guys that come out are great but Ashley’s customer service is terrible. It truly feels like confrontation every time you try to get something adjusted, she will be the reason I’m finding another company to assist in my lawn care needs. While their mowing pricing is fine anything else you could need is overly priced comparing four other companies in the area.
Two thumbs up!! 3 Kings helped me out on two properties I was selling for out of state owners. They have really convenient online payment options which saved me a trip to their office. Great staff set up bids and executed service in a very timely manner. You get the feeling that they have been doing this a bit. Thanks!!
Was charged 75 dollars for a verbal estimate. Ridiculous. The estimator refused to provide a written quote. Wanted 1100 bucks to clean out high bushes. Website says free estimates as of 8/10/2025. I requested a refund for the "estimate", was told that's not possible. Tried to call and speak with the owner, but you're only able to speak with the estimator. If the owner sees this and wants to make it right, they can contact me and issue a refund.
