This place is great. The people make the gym, but also the coaches, ownership and the programming. The programming is all done in-house and it makes all the difference. Plan to be here for a long time. Highly recommend!
I recently dropped in at Three Kings Athletics for a workout, and I had an amazing experience! The facility is impressive—spacious with plenty of equipment to accommodate various workouts. The atmosphere was incredibly welcoming, with other members being friendly and supportive. The owner was also fantastic, making sure I felt at home. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get a great workout in a positive environment! Chris F.
In town for work so I decided to drop into the 5 am class. I have previous CrossFit experience so I just fell into the routine of the class. Blake was an encouraging coach and the workout was tough but worth it! Great setup and I recommend it.
