Two weeks in a row I was asked if Tuesday would work for an appointment. Since I would be working I was told I would be the first stop of the day and receive a call when the technician was on the way. The first week I did not receive any call. This is one of the WORST repair companies I have ever encountered. Steer clear of them! Not only do they never answer the phone, but they do not return voicemails. After waiting two and a half weeks for a refrigerator part, a technician arrived four hours late, spent five minutes installing the part only to have it fail 24 hours later. ThreeJ is a Third Class Service Provider - They are Disgusting I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this company. Their communication was poor, they were unresponsive to phone calls, and their level of professionalism was unacceptable.
