Their communication was poor, they were unresponsive to phone calls, and their level of professionalism was unacceptable. If I could award no stars I would. This is by far the worse HVAC company I have had service my system. I called in a warranty claim to Liberty Home guard which is another disaster in its self and they assigned 3 J’s to my work order. The manager called me the next day and gave me a window of 10-4 for the following day. The tech showed up closer to 6:30pm. After an hour of trouble shooting he diagnosed the problem as a bad mother board. I felt he didn’t know what he was doing and was guessing at best but what could I do. It t... read more
