I called Three J property maintenance out to our property to unclog two apartments. They unclog the easy one and left. Told my tenants that he will be back in the morning and never showed back up. After that we could not get in contact with him unless we called with a different number and said he was on the way and still never showed up. Very unprofessional.
Never showed up to the job. Never called to let me know
Came in give me a quote. Took my deposit. Nearly 4 months later cannot get a hold of them. And nothing’s been done. Do NOT work with these guys. Especially if your on any kind of time table and need reliable professional work.
