This place is terrible! Ladies at the front are rude and incompetent. I requested a written prescription in person they told me they would let the doctor know and they would call me back soon, I then waited a week and had no return call so I called them they said they would put in the request again. Then I have a pet related emergency and called them for help and they again said they would call me back when the doctor gets in as my dog was on the verge of having serious problems from eating a ibuprofen. We brought in a female Guinea pig and 4 babies so that we could have them sexed they made for a pleasant experience and we were able to get the baby's genders sext with no tassels we were able to get quick appointments. Within a couple days. Friendly staff with clean facility. Easy to fined . The doctor showed me how they figured out the sex of the Guinea pigs and sent me home with brochures on how to better take care of Guinea pigs, which was a great help.I highly recommend this facility to bring your best pitch to. Honest compassionate caring they are truly amazing .Woody was treated so good there.
Spend a lot of money eye there,then asked for a prescription for revolution flee drops and they kept saying in a couple days which was almost 3 weeks ago.Do not go to this vet! So discussed with hunter and nelle with there lies!
Id say Misdiagnosed. Old dog had swelling the size of a golf ball inside throat. Turned into a baseball within 2 days (after the vet visit) they prescribed a weeks worth of antibiotics. I went to another place and he was euthanized. Im never going back because they charged me $650 and wouldn't even discuss euthanizing him. They just wanted all my money. And to come back next week to take even more. Sorry but to much profit margin on pain and suffering.
