We lived there for 2 years! This place is awful. The manager and his wife estranged are very strange. The manager is a very old man who has been caught looking into windows ect. If he is mad at you the water bills get inflated. He has also been known to make himself well at home in park owned trailers while you are away. As for the drug problem, he not only supports it he advocates it by paying single tenants in their drug of choice for favors.
