Edit- my review after 3 years I used to love this place. It was always friendly and welcoming. Recently, I stopped in to grab some special dog treats and desserts for my dog’s birthday. He got a little too excited and had a tiny accident on the side. The employee, Amelia, was extremely rude about it. I’ve been a regular customer here for a while, but after that experience, I won’t be coming back. It’s a pet shop—an accident like that from an excited dog on his birthday shouldn’t result in someone traumatizing the pet instead... read more
