I've shopped here off and on for about 5 years. Each time my experience has never been great. It is the only dog shop in the area that I know of so I do come back to purchase treats. However, I've always been treated rudely whether on the phone or in person. I would give the CUSTOMER SERVICE: NEGATIVE 5 stars. After my last experience this week I won't be coming back.
